VS X7 Crashes with .ts and .m2ts files
I have been using X6 for awhile and just went to X7 64bit. A couple problems that I have that are preventing me from working with HD files. First, when I load a .ts file I have in the timeline and click the play button in preview, I get a message that says VS has stopped working and I am forced to close the program. When I first scrub the timeline to progress forward through the video and then click play, the video plays. Second, when I am just looking to create a disc and open VS with nothing in the timeline and go directly to Create Disc, VS crashes with the same message when I load a .ts or .m2ts. These problems did not happen at all in VS X6. I still have X6 installed on my computer along with X7. I already installed SP1 and am having these problems. Please Help!!

Re: VS X7 Crashes with .ts and .m2ts files
Guys, I posted this topic days ago and I am very surprised and disappointed to see that no one has responded. I read the sticky on m2ts and ts probs in X7 and I checked my hardware and for all that I know, it all checks out. I need to work with these files and X7 is failing me miserably!!! I understand you guys give your own time and are not affiliated with Corel and you should be compensated by them because most software companies have support forums for the reason they want to keep customers. The video editing market is very competitive these days and with Cyberlink being rated the number one by toptenreviews and getting rave reviews by PCMag and also the fact that the Mac has superior editing SW such as Final Cut Pro and even iMovie is very capable, I would guess Corel wants to keep their customers happy and especially the ones that have been with them since the days of Ulead VS7 like me. I would really appreciate it if someone would respond to my question and help me troubleshoot this huge mess.
