Problem w/ Pixilated Web Images When Resized
I need some small size graphics for my website and resized the image to 125 pixels. When I export to web, the image is pixilated. What is the best way to get a nice, smooth image at that small size? Thanks.

It's a known bug for Corel in PaintShop Pro X7 that has been reported by myself and others. This is the answer I had from Corel when I reported the problem:
"A similar issue has been reported to us before and Corel is aware of the said error message. Please rest assured that our engineering team is working hard to create a fix that will resolve this problem.
Unfortunately, we do not have a workaround to provide you yet. I can only recommend that you wait for the fix which will be coming as a patch for the program. Once a patch or an update is available, you will be prompted from within the program that it is ready to be downloaded.
What I can do right now is escalate this case to our PaintShop Pro engineering team so they can review this issue further and prioritize this case."
And this is the email they have transferred to Engineering:
"Thanks for letting us know about this issue. Our engineering department is assessing it to determine whether it is a valid product defect. This process can take some time. When the issue has been addressed, we will send you additional information by email."
I was still on a 30 day "money-back guarantee" so I asked for a refund. I also needed this feature for my website so the program was of no good for me at least.

PSP and PSP Ultimate are the same thing. The word "Ultimate" refers to the extras/freebies that are given with the program; not the program itself.Leweez wrote:Now I was wondering... is PaintShop Pro X7 "Ultimate" has the same problem? hmmm
PSPX9 | PSP2020 | PSP2021| PSP2022 | PSP2023 & PhotoMirage installed; PSPX | PSPX2 thru PSP2019 owned but not installed
