How can I find Cascade. I am told it is in Edit but I can't find it

I want to crop part of PSP and make a printscreen just of that part but when I do it the whole screen appears.I do hold down ALT

It's under the Window menu.

If I understand you correctly, you want to make a screen shot out of part of the PSP interface. Why not just crop the screen shot you already have of the whole screen to select the portion you want or use the Windows Snipping Tool?

Do you mean: menu File/Import/Screen capture/[Setup... | Start]?
