trial version problems

I created one sample slideshow with 5 slides, and on my second attempt, on the same day that I installed it, it wont let me create a slide show with more than one slide, and wont let me burn it. and of course, there is no tech support. dont understand why you would have a trial version that is having so many troubles. is this indicitive of the quality of the purchased product? (eventually, if I rebooted,
it would let me burn another presentation with multiple slides. but how bad is that?)

If it worked fine after you rebooted, then the problem might just be with your pc freezing. Probably you ran out of memory or you have another software problem that causes instability on your system.
