Hello.
I am fairly new to VideoStudio. I had created a video using the ProX7 download and recently purchased the Ultimate X7. I was trying to upload some videos that I was given permission to download from a source. They are basically 3 1-minute whiteboard style videos that I wanted to end with my personal information. However, when I try to upload 2 of them, the program states
"Unable to open file {C:\Users...\Female-Headache-Sufferers.mp4}.
File format mismatch
{1081:1:3]
The error message is the same on both. Why will 1 work and the other 2 not? Any ideas?
