Pro X7 and KPT

Pro X7 and KPT
I just upgraded to x7 and I'm trying to download and install it. Everything was fine until I got to the KPT. When I go to install it I'm told that I need to first install Pro X7. It is installed????

Which version of X7 did you install? 32-bit? 64-bit? both?
KPT is only 32-bit, so if you installed the 64-bit version of PSP you can't use KPT. It's best to install both the 32-bit and 64-bit instead of just one.
If this isn't the problem....then I have no clue.

That would be it then. I today when I was gone that was the only thing I could think of. Would you happen to know if I could then delete the x4 and x5 off my computer?

Yes, you can delete X4 and X5 if you like as the different versions do not depend on one another.

But you can also keep them there as well, as quite a few do. Should X7 or any version have a catastrophic failure, it is good to have a backup version for those must do editing process jobs that are delayed when Murphy's Law strikes.
