Corel Video Pro X7 - Media Folder Issues

Hi I'm wondering if anyone knows what to do here?

I'm currently trying to import my media files into the program in which I can, but I used to be able to create folders in that area to store various files to work from and it's disappeared any way to get this back again?

Down in the very bottom left corner of the library panel look for a small grey button with a right facing arrow on it

hover your mouse cursor over it and left click and the panel will slide right to uncover the folder names and add folder button.
