Lighten video with MF3SE

I have copied a VHS tape to my HD using WinTV-PVR from Hauppage and am authoring it with MF3SE. I burned it to DVD using Nero6 express.

It seems a bit darker that the VHS, but is still decent. Is there a way to lighten the video a bit before burning it?

what software did you used to capture the video? mf3 or wintv?

check on the capture properties of there is an option to adjust the color/brightness/contrast....

if there's none, you need to use a video editing software.
