Cannot play certain mp4 videos in project mode

Hi,

I recently upgraded to VideoStudio 7 Ultimate edition.
Some of my mp4 videos do not play in Project mode when dragged onto the timeline. They do play in raw mode though

Here is the video codec information:




I've tried upgrading Quicktime. I've tried downgrading Quicktime to version 7.2.
The sample mp4 that come with VideoStudio do not have any problems.

Any suggestions? Much appreciated.

Hi Justin

The forum is English speaking so reading those properties means little to use other than the reference to MP4

I did a search of the Corel Knowledge base found some info on MP4 files.
There was a second on “Unable_to_import_.MOV_Video_files_from_Panasonic_Lumix_DMC-GH3_or_DMC-GH4_into_VideoStudio_Pro_X7_/_Ultimate_X7?
