hello i have download a movie and the speaking language is german.can i change it to english with VS X7?

only if you delete all the German and then add your own English voiceover

Would I be right in assuming that the video you downloaded is a commercial film in German? If so, it would be a little strange to have you speaking all the voices in English -- quite apart from ensuring accurate translations. I suspect that what you are seeking information on is whether Video Studio can do an automatic translation, a bit like Google. If so, then the answer is "no"...

If you think that would be best for you - but syncing would be very difficult and take a long time.
