Lens Correction causing lines in jpeg for Pentax Q7.

Lens Correction causing lines in jpeg for Pentax Q7.
I'm using the Pentax Q7 with the 01 Standard Prime, which is not in the lens database. Testing shows correction values of 1st: -.005, 2nd: -.04, and 3rd: +.006. When used, black lines are created in the jpeg top to bottom on the left, and left to right on the top making lens correction completely useless. Does anyone know why, or how to fix? And - will the Pentax Q lenses ever be included in the database?
