Video Studio X7 Trial Version Capture causes Shutdown

Post by Saverio »

Downloaded & Installed VSX7 Trial version on my Toshiba Win7 64bit laptop. Intel I7, 8GB Ram
When I try to capture video from the laptop's builtin web cam I get an error message that the program needs to shut down.
This does NOT happen when I try the same capture in my previously installed VS version X4.
Does this trial version of VSX7 have video capture disabled?

Hi

As far as I know the trial version capture process should be the same as the purchased version.

I’ve never tried capturing via the laptop camera, but will do a test when I get assess to the pc.

As I mentioned in my initial post, I have been able to capture from my laptop's builtin camera using VS Pro X4 with no problem.
