Hi,
Just got a 4k monitor and love it. But can't say the same for PaintshopPro x7. The text is just too hard to read well.
I've tried changing preferences but nothing seems to address this problem.
How do I change the text so I can read it better? I'm not the first with a 4k monitor.
Thanks, Eric

Re: 4k monitor very tiny text
When you say text in PSP are you referring to text in tools and palettes?
You can use larger icons. View, Customise, Options tab, untick Show small icons. As for the text in the menus, I'm sorry we can't do anything about that. Testers have complained about small text but it looks like it's here to stay.
If you increase the text size in Display in the Control Panel may help.

Re: 4k monitor very tiny text
Trueblue,
Thanks.
Testers have complained yet nothing is done? Doesn't Corel realize that the 4k monitor market is growing; particularly with photo and video buffs?
I was hoping to break from Adobe and their monthly subscription. But they at least have an experimental feature that increases font and icon size. Looks like I may have to rethink that hope.
Thanks again for your response.

Re: 4k monitor very tiny text
I agree, I hope Corel develop PSP for use on hiDpi monitors too. I'm currently using it on a new Retina iMac and having managed to sort out the editing space into a useable size the toolbar icons are tiny, even after unpicking the "use small icons" box as above.eric99 wrote:Trueblue,

Fingers crossed, it's a brilliant program I don't want to be forced into changing it through unsuitability with modern equipment.
