An resized image's alpha blend is wrong

I'm trying Paint Shop Pro X7.

When I execute resizing the layer image, an edge of the shape becomes black. I think that program has the bug. Is your PC also reproduced?

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I have this problem with black as well. I resize a black object with a color count of 1 with alpha. After the resize I have a color count of 200+ colors and the alpha edges are now grey with alpha. This is a pretty serious problem and it didn't happen in X4.
