Video Studio X7 Ultimate / Pro / Demo hang problem

Hi everyone, my problem is very curious.
My customer uses an old version of VideoStudio, on a Windows 7 HP 64, with trouble a new fotocamera picture files, so he bought a X7 Pro version.
As soon as installed, it started, and when the screen is complete, it hang with "Windows stops working" message; no way to solve the problem. - Uninstalled
Some days after it, his son gifted him a X7 Ultimate version.... : same error - Uninstalled
The trial version downloaded from your website WORKS WELL! But I can't activate it with the code of the Pro or Ultimate version. Why ?
I Installed the Pro version on a different pc with Windows 8, it works perfectly. - Uninstalled
So, I reinstall fresh Windows 7 HP 64, but the problem still persists. The graphic card is EN GT 610, the pc is an Acer E5300 with 4Gb ram. The pc passes every test: memtest, hard drive, ecc.

Can anybody help me ?! Thanx!

Hi - just so that we do not get off on the wrong foot - you are not talking to Corel here or anyone employed by Corel - everyone here (including admins and mods) is a user giving their time freely to try and help other users with problems.

Having said that any of our members who can help will try - just give us a chance.

As far as I know the trial version is a cut down version, you are best uninstalling the trial then installing the purchased version.

I have attached a clean-up file for X7, I assume it will work for the trial version, try that then install Video Studio.
