Failure of blu ray playback

I bought this software windvd pro 11 a while ago. It worked until today and now it says it needs an update. I updated using the website and the patch. I tested the same movie out in cyberlink powerdvd 14 and it works fine, what is the problem?

Unfortunately I have my own problems with this program.

I would suggest you contact Corel Support, or their Facebook account.

Sorry but you will have re-install the program to remove that patch.

This issue was resolved, by uninstalling and reinstalling the software and then installing the patch using the administrator account, it glossed over some of the installation using the regular account.

Thanks for posting the bug here. I am also a years users of WinDVD since WinDVD 4.
Would you please give me a private message (aris.chen@corel.com) to understand your version of WinDVD Pro 11 (ex: 11.0.0.358) and Serial number. So I can pass it to Corel team for problem analysis?
