Hello all, I need a bit of help.

I have a Windows 8.1 machine I am trying to load PSPx7 ULT on however I keep getting the message "Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again. Click Finish to exit the Wizard" before it tries to load the software. I have tried running it as an administrator - NO LUCK. And I have tried loading it when windows is in Safe Mode as advised on the Corel support website - again NO LUCK.

Please can someone give me a little help. :(

Welcome to the forums, though I'm sorry you are having trouble!

Some people who have experienced a similar thing have set up a new Windows Profile (with admin privileges) and logged onto that. Then in that Profile they have installed PSP successfully. Once installed and working, they have then deleted the new Profile, but that leaves PSP working successfully with the original Profile. So you might want to try that...

Can I ask if your version of PSP X7 is the upgrade version needing a previous version as proof of purchase.
If so did you un-install the older version?
