Searching all IPTC tags?

Is there a way to search all IPTC tags? For example, I have a picture where the Sublocation field is "En Gedi" and I can't find any way to retrieve it using the Quick Search. Is there a way to do it?

I found how to do it:

1. Under Manage, expand Smart Collections
2. Click Add Smart Collection
3. In the leftmost drop-down menu select Tag
4. In the center drop-down menu select Contains
5. In the text field type the required info (in this example En Gedi)
6. Select Preview to only display the result/s without saving a collection
