Greetings,
I downloaded a trial of VSP X7 and it automatically changed all my VSP files, but I need some to work in VSP X3. Is there any way to revert these files to VSP X3? Thanks in advance for any help!

Not all the way back to X3 I'm afraid - with X7 you can go back to X5 - they *might* open without problem in X3 - but they may be missing some features which you will need to add manually.
With your project open in X7 got to "File >> Save as" - when the dialogue box opens look to the bottom at a drop down labelled "Save as type" - change that to "Corel VideoStudio X5 project file (.vsp) - then save - that will make an X5 file which might be more compatible with X3.
Later project files will often open in earlier versions anyrate but as new features are added to later versions then they will not be available in earlier versions.
Moral - - when trialling ANY software make a copy of any files you put into the trial and work with them - then if the trial doesn't work out you always have the original to keep working on.

Thanks! I had actually started re-downloading 5 to see if that would work, but I never experienced this issue with any previous VSP downloads so I was totally caught off guard.

Having a X5 version VSP, open that using X5 and re-save for X3
That will then open in X3.
I don’t have X5 installed at the moment, otherwise I could do that for you.
Cannot be definite that this would work but has worked ok before.
Provided you have not altered the VSP to much in X7 trial, just simple editing, it should open in X3.

By changed all of your VSP files, do you mean it just changed the icon, (in which case they should still open in X3) or physically changed the VSP file.
I didn't think it could do this unless you opened the VSP file in X7 and resaved it.
