Re: Pro x7 dvd burning
Can you give us more information
Have you got all X7 updates installed
All latest drivers for graphics card, audio card and direct x?
What version of windows?
What format are your source files?
Are you going straight from the timeline to dvd?
Can you save the file as dvd compliant mpeg2 file to your hard drive?
Can you then burn this to a dvd after starting a new project?
Can you make dvd folders or an ISO?
Can these be burned to a dvd?
Do you get any error messages?
What are they?
What file won't finish?
Does the progress bar actually start or does it start and then stop at a point?
What point is this?

Re: Pro x7 dvd burning
What do you mean by burning multiple copies? How are you doing that? Are burning from folder set or an iso image file? (Best method for multiple copies)
So some burns are successful? That shows that the VS program is working correctly.
What DVD make are you using? Some such as Memorexc, Maxell, store brands are unreliable.

Re: Pro x7 dvd burning
Try using some quality DVDs such as Verbatim or Tayo Yuden.
Have you tried using a different program to burn the folder sets such as ImgBurn?
I assume that the folder sets all play properly using a software video player such as VLC?

Re: Pro x7 dvd burning
So there is nothing wrong with VS program in creating the video if the video plays correctly. You also stated that some burns were fine which means that the software works correctly. So that leaves the media, your burner or some compabitibilty problem between your burner and the media.
