hello the first time run update all works correctlty. now when i check for udpdates appears the message ''page can not be found''

Corel do seem to have their share of problems accessing the guides from the program links.
Recently we have also had problems with connections to this forum, so we assume Corel are working on the server.

What version of Video Studio are you using?
What browser have you set as default.?

Have you inadvertently installed any malware, Browser Protect, Browser Conduits, Search Provide are some of the rubbish that affect internet connections.

Otherwise wait a while to see if the connections correct themselves.

Just tried the Check for Updates option using X7 with no problems.

Does the error actually say “page cannot be found” or “no updates available”

If you have already installed SP1, there is no reason to re-install, the installer will fail with a warning “version cannot be identified”

the "1" in the version number indicates that SP1 has been installed
