LabTools and LabCurves

Post by Coq »

Hello all,

I'm a french Linux user of AfterShotPro (1 for now) and I really miss Lab plugins developped by roland65. The source codes of his plugins LabTools and LabCurves are available in the packages he provided. Could anyone familiar with plugins compile them for AfterShotPro2 x64? This would be really appreciated :D

 If need be I can contribute with a donation as these plugins are really usefull for me

Thanks in advance and best regards,

Coq

I agree. I had several discussions with him when he was developing these.
They are one of the reasons I am staying with ASP1.

I've attached a linux 64bit build of this tools.
This are just the .so files, just install the plugin as usual and place (and rename if needed) the files.

This is untested, but it should work, i just fixed the build scripts to fit within my toolchain

Thank you 'spoilerhead' !
Seems to be working fine.

Now if some one could just get permission to fix some of the other missing plugins. :)

Will send beer your efforts are much appreciated.

Thanks Spoilerhead. I'll try this when I will be able to load plugins with my ASP2. I have to refresh my Linux, I'll try another version sooner or later and I hope this will work fine.

Thanks again :D

Hello there!

I've just installed a fresh Debian Testing. I managed to install my plugins with ASP2 and LabTools and LabCurves seem to work perfectly. Thanks a lot! :D

Best regards.

Hello back!

I've upgraded from ASP 2.1.2.10 to ASP 2.3.0.99 and still have this issue: impossible to run these plugins as they have changed plugins behaviour. Could anyone help me?

Thanks in advance :D

I'm also unable to get the LabCurves plugin working on ASP 2.4.0.119 x64 using the recompiled library provided above. Is it possible to recompile this plugin for 64-bit? It would really be nice to be able to use LAB on ASP!

Hello,

As for me, I moved back to 2.1.2.10 to keep using them and will move to DarkTable.

I miss these plugins as part of ASP core functions.
