How to delete folder from "manage" tab?

When in the "Manage" section where my folders are I cant delete unused or empty folders. I right click and it says remove from list but does not permanently delete file... Every time that I restart or re open PSP that folder will reappear. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

My suggestion is that you become familiar with Windows Explorer to deal with copying, moving and deleting files and directories (folders). As you see, in PSP you are looking at the directory tree and image files (as opposed to other types such as doc, xls etc.). You can easily delete files in PSP but in my opinion Manage is not intended to move and delete folders and I don't trust it to that nor know if it has the capabilities. Do that in Explorer - different tools for different jobs.
