Images NEF are slightly green in Aftershot 2 Pro
Good Morning !!!
Can anyone help me?
I started using Aftershot Pro 2 and every NEF (RAW) images I open it, are slightly green.
What am I doing wrong?
Examples comparing Aftershot with Photoshop.
Note: In photoshop it does not.
Thank you!

I very much doubt it is every NEF, but only the NEFs from a specific camera.jbgl wrote:every NEF (RAW)
I don't have that effect on the D70, D300, D700, D800, D4.
So which body and what NEF setup (12/14bit, compression)?
cheers

My NEF images were taken by a NIKON D5300.
NOTE: I did all the updates AfterShot but the problem persists.
Tks!

Re: Images NEF are slightly green in Aftershot 2 Pro
I was about to report a similar issue with my trial of ASP2 and my OLY M5.
RAW image under warm tungsten light of silver coin on white paper appears warm as expected with temperature about 2200 -- then choose incandescent or click white on paper and a green cast appears.
However, on further checking, i find ASP1 behaves the same. Were the images above also under tungsten light?
Cap-1 gives a white image from same RAW.

ex-Bibble - mostly OLY E-510 and E-M5 + Win 8

Re: Images NEF are slightly green in Aftershot 2 Pro
Confirmed, this problem also exist in Aftershot 2 Pro version 2.1.1.9 x64 on Linux (Ubuntu 14.04/Linux Mint 17.1). Any Nikon D5300 NEF 12bit and 14bit photographs are rendered towards a slightly green color.
update:
Also tested the Aftershot 2 Pro version 2.1.1.9 32bit version, same problem occured (Ubuntu 14.04/Linux Mint 17.1).

Re: Images NEF are slightly green in Aftershot 2 Pro
THey will repair it in BRAND NEW fantastic version 3.0.0.120 for only $50! If you are owner of previous, obsolete version 2.1, then it will cost only $48! Wow, what a deal! With brand-new features like FINALLY working OpenCL for really ALL mainstream GPUs, inluding so exotic types like NVIDIA GT 630 etc.... I am so amazed! wow!
