Using personal toolbars from X6 in X7

Using personal toolbars from X6 in X7
Is there any way to import personal toolbars from X6 in to X7 or do they need to be recreated? It is so annoying to do that with every upgrade. If this has been answered already, I apologize, I searched but could not find a resolution so if you could point me to such thread it would be very good.
