Just an annoying 'bug' that someone may have an answer for.
When I open an image in PSPx6 it opens at 14%. But 14% it marginally larger than my viewing screen. So I down size to 13%. But that's too small! So I go back to 14%. The thing is that the second 14% is smaller than the opening 14%. (Yeah I know that mathematically going up 1% is not going to give the same out come after going down 1% but the difference seems to be too great in this case. ie 100 less 1% is 99%. But add 1% to 99 and you don't get 100).
Any ideas on what me or PSPx6 is doing?
It's not a real issue but I'm a curious type of person!!! Nuts some may say.

Re: PSPx6 zoom question
I have no idea, but could it be because the zoom factor as presented on screen is an integer, so 17% could be a rounded value anywhere between 16.5% and 17.4%?
If I open an image with a vertical side 5184 pixels, and the program fits it to the edit window, it shows 17%. But, it could be showing anywhere between 855 pixels (16.5%) and 907 pixels (17.5%).
Then when you type in zoom 17% it computes the exact 17% value, 881 pixels, which may or may not fit.
Just a theory, I'm curious if there's a real answer too
