I am running a Toshiba P-25 S507 witha 17" wide screen monitor. The monitor resolution is fixed at 1440 X 900. The Disney Picture Show version I just loaded will not boot and gives me an error message to change my resolution.
I have been running the regular version of Picture Show 2 for about a year with no problem on this same computer.
Ulead not giving me an answer on solving what appears to be a bug on their end. Anyone else having the same or similar problem or have an answer.
I cannot change the resolution on this monitor. I can run a second monitor.... but why?

re: Disney Picture Show display error
The Disney PictureShow is a different version and it might not always run like the normal version. It probably has a limit on what resolutions it can best run. Try using normal resolutions of 800x600, 1024x768 or 1280x1024.
It is very unlikely that your computer only allows one resolution. Go to the Toshiba website and download any updates for your graphics card driver. If there's no other resolution setting, you might wanna complain to Toshiba. You should have the flexibility of choosing the resolution you want in case the screen setup is too small or too big for you. I have the Toshiba M30 Special Edition laptop (widescreen as well) and I'm able to choose other resolution settings, even the normal ones that are for normal 4:3 aspect ratio monitors.
