UPGRADES

God afternoon.
I had Corel Paintshop Pro X2and had the cd. A few years later I upgraded to Paintshop Pro X5 and have the serial number as well.
My old laptop packed up and I want to load X5 onto my new computer but it wont do it.
I can download X2 from the CD but nowhere does Corel allow to download X5 and then upgrade.
I sent an email to ph.support@corel.com for a link but have had absolutely no response.I also contacted them on Facebook but the same
lack of response.
What can I do?
PLEASE help! I am a pensioner and cannot afford to get X7.

If you obtained your original copy of X5 from Corel you should be able to download a further copy from your account on the Corel.com website.

go to their website and log in to your account - you should see something like this :-

Scroll down that page until you see "Your Order Status and History" - if your order is displayed there click on it - if it is not displayed click on "See All Orders (see below) - if you can then see your order click on it .

Once the 'order confirmation' page opens scroll down and you should find the option to download again - see below

and perhaps this time save the download to somewhere safe - an external drive or DVD disc

but off course none of that helps if you didn't buy from Corel
