Hi, I have an odd symptom in Paintshop X6. ( Ver 16.2.0.20 x64)
If I zoom out an image and it shrinks to a windowed image, if I then drag that window away from the centre of the workspace the window shakes and when I let go of it to leave it closer to the side of the workspace it shoots back to the centre of the workspace..
Has anyone see a similar issue and found a fix?
Windows shaking and moving to centre of the monitor.

Have not seen this in windowed (untabbed mode) and I presume you are in Edit mode.
When I zoom out (making the image and window smaller) the window goes to the top left corner of the workspace, not the centre in my PSP X6.
Hav you tried resetting your program to its default settings - hold down Shift key while starting from icon.

Hi,
Gave it a try, launched back to default and it didn't help with my symptom.
I'm not sure I described it clearly though....
I've uploaded a short clip of how it looks :
