PSP Internal Program error

Post by law251 »

I've recently purchased PSP X7 and it worked fine until I tried using some plugins and now I get 'Internal program error: An invalid parameter has been passed to a function':

Does anyone know the cause of this error? It happens when I try to save my work in the plugin and return to PSP.

Just in case anyone else has the same problem, I have found the solution here:

Edit 10/11/2014: Oops! That wasn't the solution. I've now realised that the problem was that I was editing 16-Bit grayscale images with the plugins and the error occurs when saving them and returning to PSP. If I convert the images to RGB before editing with plugins then I don't get the problem.
