Spoilerheads Plugins (64bit inside)

Post by spoilerhead »

just a placeholder for now, work in progress.

I've attached current testing versions of my plugins for 64 bit.
Please give them a spin. They're up to date versions for windows and linux 64 bit.

I want to express my thanks to tin.tin for compiling the windows versions.

I have just done a quick test after installing WaveletSharpen2 and it seems to work fine.
Loading my Camera RAW Default recognises it.
Thanks very much.

I try install WaveletSharpen3_WL_T 34.1 _x64. afzplug on Mac OS-X and get error message.

(The selected plugin is not supported on this platform.

Please contact the plugin author (http://web.student.tuwien.ac.at/~e0326004/asp/).

Some progress for Mac OS-X 10 64 bit plugins?

Best regards, Twan

If he's not going to do any more work on them you'd think Sean would consider selling them to Corel as kbarni did some of his. Without a 64 bit version you'd think that the revenue stream from the 32 bit version would gradually dry up.

I recall some talk of a 64 bit version of gradfilter, but as other plugin devs will know, the hard part is getting three 64 bit compilation environments going, so if it does happen it will take a long time, since this is not easy.

A big thanks to spoilerhead and Jonathan.

I'd love it if corel could provide compile environments, at least for the free / opne source plugins. I think even a halfway decent jenkins server with 3 slaves would do it.

don't know ...
maybe Corel is so stupid
there is a plugin like mdRedEye (because I - usually - never use a flash I seldom need this feature) - so Corel has a new feature provided with a new version - Red Eye removal - but it does not work - I did not realize - because I don't need it - so now when I needed it the first time - the Corel Red Eye removal is totally broken - the plugin which worked in the last version is not working in the actual version - the Corel version of Red eye removal - if it would work - is far away from providing the same quality (features) that were provided by the plugin.

Yes I maybe know why Sean does not even answer when ASP is mentioned ...

But I really would like to have his plugins (maybe some effects can made with spoilerhead plugins ...) And he provided it for ASP1 ...

So it would be fine to have ...
Still using ASP - main reason - because it works on linux ...

Most of what can be done with Nostalgia can be done with Silicon Bonk, the ideas of Bernd put into code by Dieter (Spolierhead).

Hi, thank you for these three 64bit of plugin update. We downloaded and gave them trying with all platforms. Following are three issues that we got so far.

- Silicon Bonk
Issue: Options/Equalizer tab ==> some sliders cannot display well. (Mac only)

- Wavelet Denoise/Sharpen
Issue: The output of JPEG file result isn't same as what we adjusted. (All platforms)

One common issue for all three plugins: the link within "About tab" is still linking to Bibble 5 website. (Could you exchange the link to "www.aftershotpro.com"?)

Thank you for your attention and please contact with me by mail if any concern. Thank you.

Cheers
