What to do with. DMP files
_15.2.0.10_20141026_172259.DMP My Ultimate v/s 5 has started to crash frequently. I have no idea where to send this one of many dump files. I have been using my program on a daily basis with no problems. I will say, I received some photos by email from the other g/father that I was putting in to a video . That seems when I started having problems with this video, crashing many times. I tried to open another, different video, thinking that I would not have any problems. 6 seconds after starting the other, different video, the program crashed I get these notices telling me where to go to get the .DMP files, I am told to send them to customer service? I just don't know where to send them. I would appreciate any help, I am thanking you in advance Thanks Jack

Can you view those photos using Windows? What format are the photos? What are the properties of those photo files?
Please explain exactly what you are doing. Does it crash if you remove the photos from your project? Can you play the videos using Windows Media Player?

You can access Corel Technical support by logging in to your account on the Corel Website and choosing "contact technical support" and asking for an e-mail address to send the e-mail with dmp file or alternatively go here :- https://www.facebook.com/corelsupportlearning?fref=ts and ask there for an address
but please be aware that whichever of those you use you will be asked to pay for that support.

Re: What to do with. DMP files
canuck, I think I realize what I did. I enlarged 99 per cent of the pictures in this video, to at least 100 percent. I also had a large group of pictures within the video running at a different viewing time. I believe that I just used way to much space on this video. I only got about 30 minutes on this video. I went and tried your suggestion and removed several pictures in this video, without having any problems. I can view these pictures by using windows. Thanks all for your help and comments. Jack
