I am getting this message while trying to install Paint Shop Pro X6. Unable to validate the serial number. An internet connection is required to complete the installation.
I have an internet connection. Anyone know what could be the issue?

Try with your default browser set to Internet Explorer. I think I read somewhere that a problem can occur with other browsers.
