Via the User Control Panel, it seems as though I cannot change my E-mail address without being forced to change my password.
When I fill in both the New/Confirm E-mail fields, the Password field populates. I can't proceed without keying it. So I went ahead, completing ALL fields (even Current Password), but this required a new activation (???). So I did that, but now I have to go back later just to change the password I didn't intend to change in the first place. Otherwise, if I go without changing the Password, I get the error message "Passwords do not match".
This is confusing and high maintenance, just to change my E-mail address on the Forums!
Am I doing something wrong? Can I change the E-mail address without being forced to change my password?
ALSO: I submitted this message already, but accidentally saved it as a Draft. WHERE do I access my Drafts???

Re: Change password to change E-mail?
You should have had to put your old password in only once - at the very bottom of the page to confirm it is you changing your e-mail address - did you accidentally put it somewhere else ?
Once you change your e-mail the system automatically sends an e-mail to the new address asking you to confirm it is yours.
Users quite often change e-mail addresses and do not need to change your password
You can access your drafts - - in your user control panel - first page down the left - "manage my drafts"

Also, I checked the User Control Panel and managed to locate my Drafts. I deleted the two that I had in there.
