4 up printing problem
Does anyone have a solution for 4 up printing problems when printing to a Xerox Doc12 with a Fiery controller from PhotoImpact?

You did not mention what the problem is or the Error Message you received, other than it isn’t working!
Did you try changing Page Layout from Avery to Kodak, or Microsoft Document format?
Also Microsoft has a known bug in the FireWire driver, which was supposed to be fixed in SP2. However it does not fix all problems.
Ulead uses the onboard print driver. Sometimes a print command will stall if the page layout is out of print range or bounds. Compare page layout and printable area between the document to be printed and the printer’s maximum printable area.
If you need to design a page layout to suite your needs, do this: go to Settings\Printers and Faxes\ in the Printers and Faxes Dialog Box select File\Server Properties under the tab named Forms. You can create a new document based on your layout needs. Make sure you don’t change an existing document, and give the new document a unique name.
If none of the above works then you are headed for Tech Support.

That is more helpful, try this:
Open PI and on the Command Menu Item named File, go to Page Setup, select A4 as your page layout. Open Print Preview; make sure the Paper Size has A4 selected. Under the Dialog check box named Settings: make sure to uncheck the first box named Title, make sure the next three boxes are checked named Fit to available space, Center horizontally, and Center vertically.
This should use your Printer defaults when sending a job to print and give you the correct page layout.
Letter size is 8.5 by 11 and A4 is 8.3 by 11.7 a slight difference.
