In line synchronising
I added the pictures then added the sound and then put in the transitions. After the transitions my sound files were off or aligned wrong where they needed to be they were not anymore. Should the putting of files in like sound be put in a project a certain order so this does not happen? fixing the sound files after they moved is a pain. How do I keep everything in the order so that everything is where it needs to be?

Adding transition will always shorten the total video by half the length of the transition added - that's the way transitions work - they effectively overlap the ends of each video so that the first video can blend into the second in the manner defined by the transition.
put your images in - apply your transitions - put in the music tracks - adjust the duration of each clip to fit the music so that the change of music occurs approx halfway through each transition
Please give a little more thought to the title of your questions so that they give some indication of what the question is about.

Re: In line synchronising
Each audio file has a photo. It's not music it is text to speech this is why it is important for each picture and audio be on track. I got to thinking that if I create the audio and picture files first and save as video file then append the transitions last and save maybe this will solve the problem?
BTW I did not know the word to put in the topic. I guess brain fart because no matter what I did I could not think of the word.
