Lost Fly outs for tool use

Lost Fly outs for tool use
Somebody else was using my Paint Shop Pro and when I returned to use it, I had no flyouts in order to use my tools. Could he have accidentally clicked on something so that they no longer appear? I can't figure out how to get them back. Thanks.

It's solved. I thought viewing toolbars was enough, but I needed to click on the tool options palette too.

Save your workspace when it is setup to your liking and then if someone else uses it and changes the order of things you can quickly get your setup back again.
