PSP Pro X7 Paste

Post by joemsewi »

I just purchased PSP Pro X7. I am trying to paste text from my clipboard into a new blank work area and onto an existing image. All of the paste functions are greyed out and I am unable to paste the text. I did try to paste an image and that worked ok, but trying to paste text is a different story. Any help would be appreciated.

You can't just paste text, you need to start editing text first.

1) Grab Text tool (it looks like an "A")

2) Click on the canvas where you want to place the text. This will put you into text editing mode.

3) Paste your text.

4) Hit the check mark (apply) button on the tool options palette to accept your changes.
