Problem in the installation

When I try to install this program it show this message
Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again. Click Finish to exit the Wizard.

What do I do?

At what stage in the installation do you get the message?

Some users have had to create a new Profile in Windows, then sign in using that Profile. Then try installing VS. If it works, you can then uninstall the Profile and VS should still work.

I am also having this same problem when trying to reinstall Paint Shop Pro X4 from the disc. The hard drive on my computer failed and I had to have a new one installed so Windows 7 Professional had to be reinstalled as well. I checked the Protexis Licensing Service and found that it was not running, so, after I started it, I tried to reinstall and still got the same error message. I can't reinstall this product because of this error message. It appears just as the Setup is starting each and every time I try to reinstall. Any help would be appreciated.
