addon's to paint shop prox7 ultimate

upgraded from pro 6 to pro x7 ultimate. There are 3 add on's but Add on's have to be done separately but all I get is a notice that the path to the language folder could not be resolved, set up cannot continue.
The extras are
Athentech Perfectly Clear
- Reallusion FaceFilter
- Corel Creative Collection
Anyone else have this problem installing them?

I have run into the same problem using PSPx6 on Windows 8.1. The link given above gives instructions for Win7 but they do not work in Win8.1.

I am unable to install the add-ons.
