X7 Bug on Palettes

Post by PennyB »

I have the same problem on X7 64bit win that I have on X6 64 bit win, open gif image, save the palette, open another image, select load palette with nearest colour option I get the error : Command could not complete because the document type is unsupported.

Not much point in me upgrading the software if you do not fix the bugs!

Corel, contact me if you would like the files to reproduce this issue since I refuse to upgrade or pay for a "support call" to fix your buggy software!

No one from Corel will contact you as a result of a post on this forum - this is a User to User forum Administrated by users and all posts are responded to by Users - it is rare for a Corel employee to visit - let alone post

You may get a response on the Corel facebook page here :- https://www.facebook.com/corelsupportlearning?fref=ts

but it is possible that some of the very experienced users on here may be able to help you.

Yes there are bugs in PSPX7. As Brian says, you will not receive a response from Corel in here.

Hopefully the problem with palettes will be addressed in a service pack.

As for X6, I never had any problems with creating, saving and opening palettes.
