Post by mickeykool »

Every time im doing something in PSP7 the mouse cursor changes to a hourglass and for few min. I continue on my thing then it shows up again. Its getting annoying, anyone have this issue?

I have tried this on both ver. x86 and x64 same thing happens.

My photos are stored on my file server.

system specs

i7 3570K w/ 32GB ram, 970GTX card, SSD. (I'm surprised the software does not use hardware rendering apposed to photoshop.)

This is so vague!! Can you give us some concrete examples.
What size image and what are you doing when it slows down.
Are you using Edit mode?
You have said it is on your file server.
Can you make a temporary folder on your desktop and copy some of the files there.
Does it still slow down when you operate on files on the C drive?
You need to try and work out what causes the slowdown and with what files.
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867

I figured out the issue, if I don't link my photo folder from server using manage tab everything is smooth. So i'll just use the windows explorer to browse and edit pix that are needed.
