Pspimage files
Pspimage files
ASP is unable to "see" pspimage files. Seems to me that both Corel programs should be able to work together. I would love to start using ASP for RAW processing and asset management, but since most of my final images are in pspimage format I can't. Is there any timetable to provide this functionality, or should I be looking elsewhere?

Re: Pspimage files
I'm wondering just what you'd get from ASP "see"ing PSPImage files. It certainly wouldn't be able to support the layer types that PSP has.
And as the PSPImage file format isn't anything you'd want to display or print from I'm wondering why you'd use it as a final image format? I'd think an sRGB jpeg would suffice.

Because I want to use it for cataloging and tagging, in other words, digital asset management. Other programs can handle pspimage files... E.g. Zoner and ACDSee. But I use Paintshop Pro, and would use Aftershot if it were better integrated.

Good luck. I doubt that Corel would look at that big picture.

Re: Pspimage files
Get a decent DAM, unfortunately the catalog functions in AS are rather minimal.
