URGENT - HELP NEEDED

Hey,

When i go to install Video Studio 9, when i need to select a country there a no countries in the box, it`s just blank therefore you can`t chose one.

I then click next any and a popup comes up saying insert contents disk.

Can someone please help me and let me know what to o

You should still be able to select a video format, either NTSC or PAL. That's all the country designator is used for.

You probably need to shut down your sratup programs. Go to Start and Run and enter 'msconfig'. Disable your starup programs and try installing again.
