Dual Monitor, X6 Color Space problems.

Post by Jan Shim »

I have two Dell 27" LCDs each running their own Spyder 4 Pro calibrated profiles. OS is Windows 7 64-bit. I have been using PSP X6 SP2 for some months and didn't notice a problem until today (after I recalibrated both screens).

Each time I run X6 one of the two monitors changes its profile resulting in inconsistent colours and brightness between the two. I believe this is a widely documented problem with X6. PSP only allows user to choose one profile and whichever you chooses, the other screens get affected and only resets with a reboot. Is there any way to instruct PSP X6 not to load any profile when it loads? Or is there another solution I should look at?
