Question: Is VS Pro X7 Ultimate all that much different from VS Pro X5?
I already have the VS Pro X5 PDF manual printed out, and don't relish printing out the
X7 Ultimate manual--268 pages!

There are quite a few differences - which you can see for yourself in this matrix :-
http://www.videostudiopro.com/docs/prod ... son-en.pdf
you can read and/or download the X7 manual from here :-
http://product.corel.com/help/VideoStud ... Studio.pdf
but why on earth print it all out - it is a .pdf file just have it open in a window on your computer and switch back and forth between VideoStudio and the manual windows as the need arises.

Re: VS Pro X7 Ultimate Manual
I get you, but I still like to have a hard-copy of the Manual to peruse off-line, at my leisure...
While we're at it, are there any good tutorial videos of VS Pro X7 Ultimate yet?
Thanks.

Most tutorials cover the basics. If you want tutorials about the add-ons supplied with Ultimate then look up the particular add-on you are interested in.
For a good range of Tutorials try:- www.gripps.net/corelvdostudiopro.html
or of course Brian's own range.

Maybe a cheap tablet or 'Kindle' would make life easier for you.

Re: VS Pro X7 Ultimate Manual
I have printed off Manuals in the past. It takes hours, especially if its is done double sided, cost a fortune in paper and ink and then needed a binding process. Definitely not worth it.BrianCee wrote:DayO wrote:I get you, but I still like to have a hard-copy of the Manual to peruse off-line, at my leisure...

Most Manuals have "sensitive" numbers in their index sections. You click on the page number in the index and the file jumps to the page required - useful.
