Installing upgrade on new system

Post by tcamuso »

Did searches, but I could not find a post on this problem.

I've got a new system, and I want to install VS6 Pro-X ultimate on it. I have the serial number for my VS6, but it's an upgrade from VS5. Unfortunately, I don't have the serial numberfor VS5. I tried the "help" screen, but it omits the last few digits of the serial number. How can I find or obtain my product serial number?

I want to install VS6 and then buy the upgrade to VS7.

This is where we find out if you are a wise man ?

Did you register your version of X5

If you are wise and did then log-in to your account at Corel.com and choose "Registered Products" and the serial number of all your registered products will be displayed.

If you were not wise and did not register - do yo have the original disc for X5 ??

Thanks, Brian.

Thankfully I have all my accounts for everything stored in one password-protected xcel file, so I only need to remember that one password.

My corel account information was there, and I was able to obtain my VS5 serial number, as well as the serial numbers for all corel products I have ordered.

VS6-ProX Ultimate is installing as I write this. :)
Many thanks!
