Cant Save In PSP X6...

Hi All,

Dont know whats gone wrong or what i am doing wrong, i went to edit a few pics take with my small compact camera yesterday ( Usually use DSLR ) did a bit of basic editing and then went to save, but it would not save i got the message cannot save the folder is read only? couldnt save, or save as. or jpeg optimizer...it must be something simple.

Hi Kathy,

I downloaded some jpegs from the internet and edited them a little and then saved them and they saved fine, but the few pics that i shot are loaded into my docs/my pics and they load into PSP X6 i edit them and after editing them they wont save...

I dont know....

Did you check the properties of the folder you are trying to save to in order to see if it was accidentally changed to "read only"?

Even if embarrassing it is still good to let others know what you finished up doing to solve the problem so that others can learn to recognise and solve the same type of problem.

Yes the folder was set for read only...
