multitrim in overlay track 1

multitrim in overlay track 1

Hello Everybody

Can anyone tell me if its possible to multitrim a movie in the overlay track 1.

I am using videostudio pro x3 and I am using a clip on the main track plus I am using a clip on the overlay track 1 but wanmt to be able to trim the clip in certain places.

Is this possible

Hi Dave
Multi trim can only be used on the top track……….

I don’t use multi trim but prefer edit in the timeline using the scissors (lower right of preview screen) to cut the clip into sections, then delete the unwanted portions.
You can apply this to the overlay track., the clips will remain in position.

There is also a method to trim end frames using the bar below the preview screen.
