PaintShop Photo Pro X3

Post by neilggarrett »

Just a few years ago I bought this product. I am only a small time user. I now have new PC with Windows 8 but cannot run my PSPX3 and it appears that Corel no longer offer support. This really annoys me as I had to pay over 80 GBP for my system and cannot use it. This does not speak well for Corel and small time users like me. I even wrote to Corel UK office and got no reply.

I can't speak for Corel as I am a user like yourself. Since you are an infrequent user and if you don't want to spend more money you might be interested in Paint.Net which is a free and very useful photo editor. http://www.getpaint.net/

If you post to Corel's facebook page you'll get a reply.

The current version is now X7. There's 4 versions that are newer than yours. X3 is also considered the worst version for quite some time. Install was challenging to say the least. If you tell us what exactly you can't do maybe we can help.
